Dancing Moose children are delighted to see how seeds germinate and grow into plants. They enjoy watering plants and learning how they develop andproduce beautiful fruits and vegetables. The best part of the process is the pure enjoyment that comes from eating the organic produce that promotes their healthy growth and development. These are all reasons that the Dancing Moose Community Garden was organized, and it continues to delight children and their families as they participate in the plant growing process. This is one of the important aspects of the Dancing Moose commitment to children’s healthy lifestyles. ProBar, a corporate leader of healthy food is a partner in the Dancing Moose Garden.

Scarecrow Fall Festival Fundraiser
Children have been working hard on their classroom scarecrows that will be showcased at our special event this Thursday, October 6th, at 5:00 pm. Each scarecrow will be given a special award and auctioned to members of the community. Don't miss this event filled with yummy food, crafts and games. Chef Rene will be offering his signature chili with rolls and fresh corn on the cob.
Please see the
flyer and invite friends and family to help raise money for our Community Garden. With the proceeds from these fundraisers, we hope to build a greenhouse so children can continue their gardening learning experience throughout the winter and spring months. We also hope to plant fruit trees in our garden. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Children's Learning Garden.
Special guest judges include Mayor Winder, the Jazz Bear and Mr. Mike. Tickets are $1 each. Games, crafts and food will require 1 - 3 tickets.
We are in need of volunteers to help out with our food or games for a 45 minute shift. Please email Jennifer at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you are available and willing to help.
