Upcoming Events

Scarecrow Fall Festival Fundraiser

Children have been working hard on their classroom scarecrows that will be showcased at our special event this Thursday, October 6th, at 5:00 pm.  Each scarecrow will be given a special award and auctioned to members of the community.  Don't miss this event filled with yummy food, crafts and games. Chef Rene will be offering his signature chili with rolls and fresh corn on the cob.

Please see the  flyer and invite friends and family to help raise money for our Community Garden.  With the proceeds from these fundraisers, we hope to build a greenhouse so children can continue their gardening learning experience throughout the winter and spring months. We also hope to plant fruit trees in our garden.  100% of the proceeds will benefit the Children's Learning Garden.

Special guest judges include Mayor Winder, the Jazz Bear and Mr. Mike.  Tickets are $1 each.  Games, crafts and food will require 1 - 3 tickets.

We are in need of volunteers to help out with our food or games for a 45 minute shift.  Please email Jennifer at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  if you are available and willing to help.

Dancing Moose Montessori School in Salt Lake City, Utah

The name “Dancing Moose” focuses on a creative philosophy that combines the arts with academic excellence.  Low teacher-to-student ratios ensure that Dancing Moose students are learning at their own accelerated pace.

Providing quality curriculum from preschool through second grade, Dancing Moose attracts highly educated teachers who choose to build their career in the rewarding field of early childhood education.

The beautiful, state-of-the-art building that includes a spacious gymnasium, on-site chef (who prepares food from scratch), and free-movement coach sets Dancing Moose apart from schools nation-wide.

With optional extended hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, parents are assured that their child is in a safe, productive educational program before and after school.
